Clear responsibilities for using this website and scoping a future engagement.
THOUGHTFULLY CONNECTEDOperator and scope
These terms govern use of Pagekeel’s website, led by Ashish (Ace), Founder at Pagekeel, in India. Business and legal enquiries may be sent through the contact page. A signed proposal or services agreement governs paid work, deliverables, payment and operating responsibilities; using the website or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a services contract.
Website access and permitted use
You may browse the website and use its public tools for lawful evaluation of Pagekeel’s approach. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, send malicious content, misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not entitled to disclose. We may restrict abusive use to protect the service and other users.
Blueprints, models and examples
Workflow diagrams, outputs, test sequences, security patterns and telemetry displays are demonstrations using example data. They are not connected to your systems. Calculator outputs are estimates from your chosen assumptions. Provider names identify systems relevant to a blueprint; an actual connection depends on eligible APIs, licences, account permissions and the agreed scope.
Scoping, delivery and service levels
Descriptions of packages are starting points for a proposal. Before work begins, the written agreement should specify workflows, integrations, acceptance criteria, schedule, fees, vendor usage, support hours and service levels. A website animation, timing example or uptime sample is not a service-level guarantee. Changes and additional work follow the agreed change process.
Customer responsibilities and credentials
Customers must have authority to provide information and grant system access. Use approved channels for secrets and data, provide appropriate test inputs and identify who can approve consequential actions. Retention, encryption, permission scopes, consent requirements and third-party terms must be addressed in the workflow’s implementation scope.
Intellectual property and handover
Pagekeel’s brand, website and original presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, logos and software remain with their owners. Rights to project source, custom workflows, reusable components, documentation and deployment accounts are specified in the services agreement. No blanket transfer of either party’s pre-existing intellectual property occurs through this website.
Confidentiality and personal information
Do not submit confidential operational records through the public intake concierge. Information shared for an engagement must be handled under the agreed confidentiality and data-processing terms, with defined purposes, recipients and deletion or return requirements. The privacy policy explains the website’s enquiry processing.
External services and availability
Third-party platforms have their own terms, fees, limits and availability. API changes and outages can affect a workflow and require maintenance or a manual fallback. The website may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Contracted recovery, maintenance, monitoring and escalation obligations are defined in the applicable services agreement.
Liability and applicable rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided for general evaluation without a promise of suitability for a specific business decision. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for commissioned work, dispute resolution and governing law must be stated in the services agreement; mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
Questions and updates
Contact Pagekeel if you need clarification before relying on a website description or requesting a project. Updated website terms display a new effective date. Changes to an existing signed engagement follow that agreement’s variation process.
